There are seasons when someone is qualified for something but forgotten;

Seasons when one is gifted but unknown;

Seasons when one is available but not accepted;

Seasons when one’s labor is genuine, but results are forgotten.

But:

  • When divine remembrance comes, God causes heaven to bring your matter to focus.
  • When divine acceptance comes, God causes your name to enter places your feet have not reached.
  • When divine acceptance comes, resistance gives way to reception

Divine remembrance doesn’t literally mean that God has forgotten you. It means:

  • That God turns His attention towards you
  • God bringing your matter into divine attention
  • God activating His promises
  • Causing someone to remember your good.
  • God bringing your name before the right person
  • God responding to your prayers and covenants with him
  • God terminating a prolonged, negative season (Genesis 4:19)

You may be forgotten by men but not by God.

Your present location is not your final destination.

Divine announcement is:

  • When God causes what he has deposited in you to become known, recognized, or publicly acknowledged at the appointed time

The Bible says in Proverbs 18:16,

“A man's gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men”

God can announce a person without the person campaigning for himself (Psalm 75:6-7)

  • God introducing you to the appointed season

You do not have to force your way into every room when God has ordained you. There are doors you knock on, doors God opens, and doors you need to break open.

Divine acceptance means:

  • God granting you favor, approval and reception according to his purpose

Divine acceptance can operate before God, kings, authorities, employers, decision-makers, destiny helpers, people assigned to your next level (Luke 2:52).

  • God causing you to be received where it matters

Case studies

  1. Noah (Genesis 8:1)
  2. Joseph (Genesis 41)
  3. Hannah (1 Samuel 1:19-20)
  4. Esther
  5. Daniel

God can cause your character and competence to create acceptance

6. Ruth (Ruth 2:10-12)

Your background cannot cancel your divine favor if you know what you’re doing

7. Cornelius (Acts 10:1-6)

8. Mary (Luke 1:28)

Divine announcement requires human obedience.

What provokes divine remembrance, announcement, and acceptance?

  1. Persistent prayer (Luke 10:1)
  2. Faith (Hebrews 11:2)
  3. Obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1-2)
  4. Faithful service
  5. Generosity (Acts 10:4)
  6. Right character and attitude (Proverbs 22:4)
  7. Humility (James 4:6)
  8. Being a friend of God
